The book is about a woman call Adrienne Willis, she is a librarian, that is divorced, she live with her three. Adrienne decide to tell the real story of what happen with Amanda's father and tell that she have a new relationship with Paul Flanner. In the story occurs a flashback were the author tell the story of Paul Flanner, she we to the small coast of a town call Rodanthe, when she arrives there a storm will come and a men will go to be there for so e days this men is Paul. Paul Flanner is a fifty four year old father that is recently divorced and a great doctor but in this town he have a patient that die. The two characters fall in love but I. This time they need to return to there normal life and separate. Paul when to Ecuador for some medicine and he send letters to Adrienne, but in a very strong rain he die.
I like this book because it was a book were the author explain very good each event and when it is necessary it gives a flashback so we can understand better the book. The part I most like is when Adrinne have the opportunity to explain all the thing to her daughter. This book I would recommended to people that like romance books and that like a unexpected ending.
